HoF Together, a new team challenge event in House of Fun, helped increase revenue by 18% during its five-day run. In this event, players are automatically assigned to teams. Players then complete solo challenges to add rewards to chests—but can only open the chests if their team completes a group goal.

This combination of individual and group goals helps increase engagement in group events. And HoF Together’s temporary teams and customizable avatars create a social experience without requiring players to join clubs (and without requiring House of Fun to build a more expensive club feature).
